This is a quick note to applaud you and your firm’s efforts on our Brick Yard project. Developing a residential neighborhood next to a transit and freight railroad line has its challenges, with noise and vibration near the top of the list.
Over the past year and a half you have helped us collect data and analyze various solutions specific to our site. Your ability to model ideas overnight so that we can quickly make decisions has been quite helpful. The most important and beneficial attribute of your firm is your ability to listen and discuss the nuances of the project. You understand that the solution is not to just build a wall but to have enough wall to improve the situation without its being obtrusive. Understanding that the wall’s location affects the neighborhood.
We’re almost finished this project so I’m out looking for another that will need your expertise and unique approach to finding a solution.
