Phoenix Noise & Vibration, LLC was founded in October 2004 by Scott Harvey, PE with a group of professionals having more than 30 years of combined experience in the acoustics, noise, and vibration industry. Phoenix Noise & Vibration provides engineering and design services specializing in the fields of building acoustics and noise/vibration control while excelling in client satisfaction, employee connectedness, and business success. We are strictly an acoustical consulting and engineering design firm and do not sell or represent any acoustical product manufacturers or other businesses, allowing us to offer unbiased results and recommendations. Our goal is to be the first choice in Engineering Solutions for Acoustics, Noise, and Vibration in the mid-Atlantic region.

We work closely with clients to help their projects meet regulatory requirements, bring resolution to acoustical, noise, and vibration problems, and design spaces which are both comfortable and economically feasible.
