About Us
Phoenix Noise and Vibration, LLC was founded in October 2004 by Scott Harvey, PE with a group of professionals having more than 30 years of combined experience in all aspects of noise and vibration control in the building industry. The mission: To provide engineering services specializing in the fields of acoustics and noise/vibration control, while excelling in client satisfaction, employee connectedness, and business success. The goal: To be the first choice of noise and vibration control services in the mid-Atlantic region.
Within our first two years of business Phoenix NV established a track record of accurate reports and reliable service. We worked closely with clients to help their projects meet regulatory requirements and bring resolution to noise and vibration problems. As a result, we developed a strong client base with satisfied clients from San Antonio to Atlanta, to Philadelphia,and the entire DC/Baltimore region. (Have SLM will travel!)
We look forward to continuing to serve current and new clients in the (many!) years ahead with the same level of responsiveness and high professional reporting standards we established from the start.
