Phoenix Noise and Vibration, LLC was founded in October 2004 by Scott Harvey, PE with a group of professionals having more than 30 years of combined experience in all aspects of noise and vibration control in the building industry. The mission: To provide engineering services specializing in the fields of acoustics and noise/vibration control, while excelling in client satisfaction, employee connectedness, and business success. The goal: To be the first choice of noise and vibration control services in the mid-Atlantic region.
Phoenix NV has an established track record of accurate reports and reliable service. We continue to work closely with clients to help their projects meet regulatory requirements and bring resolution to acoustical, noise, and vibration problems. As a result, we have developed a strong client base with satisfied clients from San Antonio to Atlanta, Philadelphia, and the entire DC/Baltimore metropolitan areas.
